Fundraiser information

The fundraiser will end on Thursday the 22nd. I hope that it is going well for you. Here is the break down of the cost you will make for each of the items sold. (This is what you make)

1lb Mixes $3.00
Pancake/Muffins $4.00
Brownies $4.00
Cookies $4.00
Bead mix $4.50
Gift sets $8.00

The difference if what you send in one check to Dance Source to pay for the product, shipping and tax.

Fund Raiser

Dance Source Parents,

The studio is planning a trip to Disneyland for a workshop and parade for anyone interested this April 9 and 10. To help cover the cost of this and any other dance related expense (competition fees, costumes, etc.) We are excited to offer participation in a Lehi Roller Mills fund raising program.

Lehi Roller Mills offer great quality products that come already packaged for gift giving just in time for the holidays.

Fundraiser starts October 5 and will end October 22. Dancers will receive 50% of the suggested retail price (selling price minus shipping and tax that is already included)
Example: student sells 1 lb mix of Hot Cocoa for selling price $7.09 that already includes shipping and tax. Suggested retail is $6.00 so you keep half of that ($3.00) to put toward dance.

Here are the guidelines for the fundraiser:
*Make checks payable to student
*Everyone is responsible for their own order forms and money.
*By October 22nd make sure your order forms are filled out and totaled.
*Hand in orders and ONE CHECK payable to Dance Source for product, shipping and tax.
*The money you make keep and use toward dance as you want.
*Pick up from the studio and deliver on Sat. November 14.
*See attached sheets before calling with any questions.
