A Few Last Minute Reminders

A few last minute reminders Handed out the week of April 19, 2010

We are at the end of our year. I could not be more excited to see all of your hard work in a few weeks. Each one of you has worked so hard and I can’t wait to see you perform at the revue.

The revue is May 1st and the show starts at 6:30. Don’t forget your rehearsal and call times (check thedancesource.blogspot.com for class times). All fees need to be paid to receive costume. Do the High volume of retuned check in the past, I can only accept money order, cashier check or cash this late in the season. In order to insure proper credit please do not pay me during a competitions or rehearsal.

We are having a finale practice on Monday April 26th, in Richmond at North Cache in the old gym (this is the gym that faces the road and above the cafeteria. We will need you there at 6:30 and we will be going until about 7:30. This helps us for our finale practice on May 1st. You will need to be to both practices.

On Monday May 3rd we are having our solo review. Come and watch our amazing soloist. They are all beautiful dancers and this is a special night for them. It will be held at Utah Festival Opera 59 S 100 W Logan Utah. Show starts at 7:00. Come and support our soloist. We will be having Performance 1, 2 and 3 performing and Lapetities. If your group is dancing you will need to be there at 6:00.
Lapetites will do Mamma Mia, Performance 1 So Much Betta, Performance 2 You’ll Find Away, and Performance 3 Quiet.

Parking at the Ellen Eccles Theatre – beware that there are boot lots around the Ellen Eccle Theatre and they boot your car if parked there. If you park in Logan High Schools parking lot (enter on 100 S) this is not a boot lot.

The theatre has request that there be no babes in arms.

We are holding auditions for our performing classes for the 2010-2011 seasons. Refer to your note about the requirements for the performing company classes. They audition will be May 20th. We look forward to having you come be a part of our Performing Company. We will continue to have recreation classes for those who want to dance but not make as big of a commitment. In our recreational class we have our combo classes that will just perform at the review as well as classes that will compet at 1or 2 local competitiosn. The performing classes and the recreation class will be similar to our 2009-2010 year we are just holding auditions that are open to anyone interesting in joining our performing company ages 7 and up.

Thanks you for letting us work with your children they are so much fun to work with and watch the kids grow. Thank You.
